Spa and relaxation for conference groups
Does your team need to recharge after an intense day of meetings? At Kviberg Park Hotel & Conference in Göteborg, there is a relaxation area with two hot tubs, a dry sauna and a steam sauna – all directly connected to the venue. Perfect as a finale to a conference or kickoff.
The relaxation area is operated by Nordic Wellness and accommodates up to 16 people. During your visit, fruit and drinks are served on-site, and from the steam sauna you have a view of Skidome – quite an unusual sauna view, to say the least. You can book the relaxation area exclusively for your group, creating a private and relaxed atmosphere without sharing the space with other guests.
What's included in the relaxation package?
The relaxation area offers three different sauna experiences. The dry sauna provides classic high heat, while the steam sauna offers a softer, more humid heat that many find more soothing after a long day in the conference room. Between sauna sessions, you can cool down in one of the two hot tubs.
Fruit and drinks are included and set out right by the pool area. No need to run to reception or hunt for a vending machine – everything is right there. All you need to bring is a swimsuit and a towel (or rent one on-site).
Many of our conference guests book the relaxation area as a shared activity after the last session of the day. It's a natural way to wind down, without having to organise transport or move to a different location. You simply head down one floor and get changed.
Book the relaxation area exclusively for your company
Want the relaxation area all to yourselves? Both corporate groups and private individuals can book the space exclusively, giving you sole access for a set period of time. It works well for groups who want to combine relaxation with a more private setting – perhaps a laid-back strategy chat in the hot tub.

Relaxation as part of your conference day
A conference day at Kviberg Park doesn't have to end with the last PowerPoint slide. By adding an hour in the relaxation area, you give participants a chance to properly unwind before dinner. It creates a different kind of conversation – more relaxed, less agenda-driven.
Practically speaking, it's seamless. The conference rooms are in the same building, and the relaxation area is just a short walk away indoors. No need to arrange transport or factor in extra travel time. From the last agenda item to the hot tub takes about five minutes.

How many people does the relaxation area accommodate?
The relaxation area accommodates up to 16 people at a time. This makes it suitable for most conference groups. If you have a larger group, we can help you split the visit into sessions.
Do we need to bring our own towels?
You're welcome to bring your own towels, but you can also rent them on-site. Contact reception in advance if you want to make sure towels are ready for the whole group.
Can we book the relaxation area without having a conference?
Yes, the relaxation area can be booked separately – both for corporate groups and private individuals. Call 031-395 11 00 or email the reception for prices and availability.
Is food served in the relaxation area?
Fruit and drinks are served on-site during your visit. If you'd like something more, we can arrange dinner at restaurant Glenn afterwards, which is located in the same building.
Can relaxation be combined with other activities?
Absolutely. Many groups, for example, play Cornhole or golf putting in the morning and finish with relaxation in the afternoon. We'll help you put together a schedule that works.
What times can we book the relaxation area?
The relaxation area can be booked in the morning (08:00–11:00) or the afternoon (13:00–16:00). Other times can sometimes be arranged on request – just get in touch with reception.
